Returns policy

We are happy to refund you a store credit if you find the sizing is not correct or you find a fault with the item.  

Store credits will only be given to items in a brand new condition, not washed or worn with tags still attached. No cash refunds are given, all refunds will be given in the form of a E-gift card.

No refunds will be given for sale items.

You will need to pay for the return postage and the cost to send the correct item/sizes to you.

Arlows Closet has the right to refuse a refund if any of these conditions are not met.
